Mio Sushi

Mio Sushi is a Japanese restaurant group founded in 1995 by chef Sonny and his wife Joon, whose first location was a small Victorian house in Portland. It now counts 12 locally owned restaurants in Oregon and Washington, known for fusion rolls and Sushizza.
